About Us
Rosewood Real Estate School is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate School in Massachusetts offering LIVE classes to obtain the required classroom hours necessary to register for the real estate licensing exam, for agents and brokers.

This is a 40-hour class for those looking to obtain a Real Estate Sales Agent license in Massachusetts. Massachusetts Division of Licensure requires those looking to get licensed as a real estate sales agent to participate in 40 hours of class time by a certified real estate school. Rosewood Real Estate School is a certified Massachusetts Real Estate School (License #1452). No prior experience or license are required to take this course. The cost of the class is $345.00. Textbooks are included
The classes are instructed by Eric Alberto, a certified Massachusetts Real Estate Instructor (License #901). Under the Massachusetts Real Estate Board’s regulations about half of your class requirement can be taken on your own as pre-recorded videos and other materials, and the rest of your class time must be taken as live webinars online. We offer the full 40 hour class live. The class schedule for our next course is listed on our home page's menu bar.
This course will prepare you for the Massachusetts Real Estate Sales Agent Exam which includes a General Real Estate section and Massachusetts Law section. The exam is two parts. Rosewood Real Estate School will cover both portions of the exam in our class.
Text Books
There are two Real Estate Text Books that we will use during our course. 1) Modern Real Estate Practice, 20th Edition, and 2) Massachusetts Real Estate Law, 11th edition. Both books are included with tuition and will be provided on the first day of class.
